FLACC -  Forest Lake and Communities Coalition is a registered not-for-profit 501(c)(3) grassroots organization with the purpose of galvanizing and centralizing various stakeholder groups adamantly opposed to Nevada Hydro's outrageous and unnecessary LEAPS project proposal. 

After two failed, rejected attempts at shoving this project down the communities' throats, the company keeps coming back for more. Well, we going to put the final nail in LEAP's coffin through our own community outreach, pressure on elected officials and flat out citizen persistence. 

FLACC is dedicated to providing accurate information about the LEAPS' negative impacts on the local communities along our little valley, the lake and the surrounding national forest.
